Do I need a special ticket to access the accessibility platform?
Yes! Simply email and a customer service representative will reach out to you to purchase. If you already bought a pass, let us know and we will swap your ticket for an accessible ticket. You are allowed to have one companion with you on the platform. If you wish to take someone with you on the accessible platform, you will both need the accessible platform ticket. Can I bring my service animal with me?
Yes you can bring your service animal. Registered service animals are permitted, non registered pets are not.
