If you have a doctor’s note or another form of documented dietary restriction, you will be allowed to bring a reasonable amount of food on-site; all items must be pre-packaged and sealed. If you have a specific dietary question, please email

Prescription medication is allowed in the original prescription bottle. Any guests attempting to bring in prescription medication must have photo ID which matches the name printed on the prescription, and the pills in the bottle must match the description printed on the prescription. Over-the-counter medications are allowed, provided that they are new and in the original, factory-sealed container.

No professional audio/video recording devices are allowed. GoPro’s are also prohibited.


  • Always have your ID on you.
  • If you notice something that doesn’t seem quite right, do not ignore it. Flag down any staff member, security personnel or RNC officer.
  • If you have consumed alcohol or drugs, do not drive.
  • Please consume alcohol responsibly.
  • Intoxicated persons will not be allowed to enter the festival.
  • Individuals with alcohol in their possession will not be permitted to enter the festival grounds.
  • Any persons under the age of 19 will be asked to leave the event without a refund.
  • Respect others, all property, and your reputation.
  • Any person found to be in possession of a weapon will be subject to a criminal investigation and immediately asked to leave from the event without a refund.
  • Any person(s) found fighting or threatening other festival attendees or staff will immediately be asked to leave from the event without a refund.
  • Operation of remote-controlled devices, including drones, is prohibited.
  • No open fires or flames.
  • Anyone caught breaking the festival rules or the law, will be asked to leave without a refund.

Currently, items NOT permitted include, but are not limited to:

  • Large Bags/Large Packs
  • No Chairs (Check back as this policy may change)
  • Umbrellas
  • Outside food or beverages except for a sealed 1L bottle of water
  • Cans or glass bottles
  • Alcohol
  • No Coolers
  • Laser pointers
  • Kites or Drones
  • Animals, except for registered service animals with proper identification
  • Professional cameras, video or recording devices (including Go Pro’s with selfie sticks)
  • No balloons, balls, frisbees and/or any other projectiles
  • No fireworks, sparklers, and/or firecrackers
  • No weapons of any kind and/or items that can be used as weapons                           
  • No gang colors and/or gang affiliated clothing.
  • No items intended for sale/promotion

Yes! Simply email and a customer service representative will reach out to you to purchase. If you already bought a pass, let us know and we will swap your ticket for an accessible ticket. You are allowed to have one companion with you on the platform. If you wish to take someone with you on the accessible platform, you will both need the accessible platform ticket. Churchill Park Music Festival will continue to work with Public Health and the Chief Medical Officer of NL as things evolve over the coming months. We will be following all policies and protocols put in place for our province. As of now, all patrons will have to be fully vaccinated and possess a valid vaccine passport/documentation & ID to attend the festival. Stay tuned and we will provide updates as they become available.
