Access

Accessibility

Churchill Park Music Festival is dedicated to creating a fun, memorable, and accessible concert experience for all. We are pleased to offer accessibility services, including a raised accessible viewing platform. A limited number of group listening system devices will be available to those who would benefit from hearing assistive technology during the festival.

How can I reserve access to the accessible viewing platform?

An elevated Accessibility Platform is available in the General Admission area for patrons using wheelchairs and mobility devices. Due to limited capacity, access is strictly reserved for patrons who have secured a spot in advance. Platform accessibility passes are issued on a first-come, first-served basis, and once full, no additional spaces can be accommodated. To request a space on the Accessible Platform, first purchase a General Admission ticket through Showpass, then email us within 24 hours at info@churchillparkmusicfestival.com with ACCESSIBILITY as the subject line. We will send you a form to complete, and if space is available, we will provide you with a pass. Once tickets go on sale, if you prefer to confirm accessibility access before purchasing your ticket, please email info@churchillparkmusicfestival.com with ACCESSIBILITY as the subject line to inquire.

Can I have an attendant on the accessibility platform with me?

If you require an attendant and are unable to attend without a support person, you may request to have one attendant on the accessibility platform with you. With your City of St. John's Attendant Pass, your attendant will not require a purchased ticket. Once you purchase your General Admission ticket, please let us know in your email to info@churchillparkmusicfestival.com that you require an attendant. If space is available and you are granted an accessible platform pass, we will also provide an Accessible Platform Pass for your attendant. On the day of the event, you and your attendant must arrive together at the Accessible Entrance, present your purchased ticket and your City of St. John's Attendant Pass, present your CPMF Accessibility Pass, and show valid photo ID for both you and your attendant.

What accessibility services are offered onsite?

Accessible Parking with a government-issued parking pass. (First-come, first-served) Accessible entrance with a hard surface pathway to the platform. Accessible restrooms directly behind the platform. Food and Drink vendors are located nearby.

Who can use the accessible entrance?

Anyone with a provided CPMF Accessible Platform Pass can use the accessible entrance. If you do not require access to the platform but have limited mobility, please purchase your ticket and email info@churchillparkmusicfestival.com with ACCESSIBILITY ENTRANCE as the subject line. We will provide you with a pass to use the accessible entrance.

How can I access a listening device?

The listening devices will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at the Inclusion NL table located next to the accessible platform. An ID will be required to use the receiver and headset. Please email info@churchillparkmusicfestival.com if you have any questions.

Can I bring my service animal with me?

Yes, you can bring your service animal. Registered service animals are permitted, but non-registered pets are not.
