ACCESSIBILITY

Churchill Park Music Festival is dedicated to creating a fun, memorable, and accessible concert experience for all. We are pleased to offer accessibility services including a raised accessible viewing platform which is offered on a first-come-first-serve basis.
How can I reserve access to the accessible viewing platform?
You can purchase a General Admission ticket through Showpass and then contact us at info@churchillparkmusicfestival.com. We will provide you with a pass for the Accessible Platform as long as space is available. Seating on the Platform is on a first-come-first-serve basis so please email us immediately after purchasing your ticket to reserve your Accessible Platform Pass.

Once tickets go on sale, if you prefer to confirm accessibility access before purchasing your ticket, please email info@churchillparkmusicfestival.com to inquire.

Please note that if you do not require use of the platform but require seating, you may bring your own chair on the field. Chairs will be permitted in designated areas as long as capacity permits. Please see the FAQ page of our website for more information.
Can I have an attendant on the accessibility platform with me?

If you require an attendant and are unable to attend without a support person, you may have one attendant on the accessibility platform with you. With your City of St. John’s Attendant Pass, your attendant will not require a ticket.

Once you purchase your ticket, please let us know in your email to info@churchillparkmusicfestival.com that you require an attendant. We will provide an Accessible Platform Pass for you and your attendant, on a first-come-first-serve basis. Your attendant must arrive at the Accessible gate with you. You must provide your purchased ticket and your attendant pass at the Accessible Entrance. You and your attendant must also provide a photo ID.
What accessibility services are offered onsite?
- Accessible Parking with a government-issued parking pass. (First-come, first-Serve)
- A ramp at the accessible entrance.
- Accessible entrance with a hard surface pathway to the platform.
- Accessible restrooms directly behind the platform.
- Food and Drink vendors are located nearby.
Who can use the accessible entrance?
Anyone with a provided CPMF Accessible Platform Pass can use the accessible entrance. If you do not require access to the platform but have limited mobility, please purchase your ticket and email info@churchillparkmusicfestival.com. We will provide you with a pass to use the accessible entrance.
Can I bring my service animal with me?
Yes, you can bring your service animal. Registered service animals are permitted, but non-registered pets are not.

FESTIVAL POLICIES

Refund Policy
This is a rain or shine event. There are no ticket refunds or exchanges.
Code of Conduct
• Always have your ID on you.
• If you notice something that doesn’t seem quite right, do not ignore it. Flag down any staff member, Security personnel or RNC officer.
• If you have consumed alcohol or drugs, do not drive.
• Please consume alcohol responsibly.
• Intoxicated persons will not be allowed to enter the Festival.
• Individuals with alcohol in their possession will not be permitted to enter the Festival grounds.
• Respect others, all property and your reputation.
• Any person found to be in possession of a weapon will be subject to a criminal investigation and immediately removed from the event without a refund.
• Any person found to be fighting or threatening other Festival attendees or staff will immediately be removed from the event without a refund.
• Operation of remote-controlled devices, including drones, is prohibited.
• No open fires or flames.
• Anyone caught breaking the Festival rules or the law, will be removed without a refund.
Items not permitted (not limited to)
• Large bags or packs.
• Umbrellas.
• Outside food or beverages except for a 1 litre sealed bottle of water and a medium sized, clear Ziploc bag of snacks. The bag needs to be clear so that it can be checked by Security upon entry.
• Cans or glass bottles.
• Alcohol.
• No coolers.
• Laser pointers.
• Kites or drones.
• Animals, except for registered service animals with proper identification.
• Professional cameras, video or recording devices (including Go Pro’s with selfie sticks).
• No balloons, balls, frisbees and/or any other projectiles.
• No fireworks, sparklers and/or firecrackers.
• No weapons of any kind and/or items that can be used as weapons.
• No gang colors and/or gang affiliated clothing.
• No items intended for sale/promotion.
Items that ARE allowed
• Small backpacks and bags/purses which will be subject to inspection at venue gates. Expect a longer entry time f you have a bag of any sort
• A 1 litre sealed bottle of water and medium sized, clear Ziploc bag of snacks. The bag needs to be clear so it can be checked by Security upon entry.
• Small towels or blankets.
• Cell phones.
• Liquid sunscreen and cosmetic products – maximum 3oz/90ml.
• Waterproof ponchos
• Chairs are allowed as per details found on our FAQ page!
Additional Rules and Regulations
• There is a ‘No Re-Entry’ policy once you have entered the Festival.
• Performers and lineup are subject to change without notice.
• Churchill Park Music Festival and Mighty Quinton Concerts are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged materials. It is recommended that you do not bring valuable items to the Festival.
• No public indecency is allowed anywhere on the event grounds.
• No promotional material other than what is sold or provided by the Festival is allowed.
Covid-19
Do not attend this event if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been recently exposed to someone with COVID-19.

WHERE IS THE CHURCHILL PARK MUSIC FESTIVAL GOING TO BE HELD?

The site is located in the heart of St. John’s, NL in Churchill Park, 180 Elizabeth Avenue.

WILL THERE BE ATMS ON SITE?
Yes, ATMs will be available and purchases throughout the festival can be made with debit & credit.
WHERE DO I PARK?
Please see our parking link on the main website
IS THERE A PICKUP/ DROP OFF AREA?
Yes, there will be a pickup/drop off area close to the site on Elizabeth Avenue.
WHERE IS THE LOST & FOUND?
During the festival, the lost & found is located at the Merch Tent. If you have lost an item, please email info@churchillparkmusicfestival.com.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS BAD WEATHER THE DAY OF EVENT?
Churchill Park Music Festival is a rain or shine event.
CAN I BRING FOOD OR DRINK INTO THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS?
A 1 litre sealed bottle of water and a medium sized clear ziploc bag of snacks. Bag needs to be clear so it can be checked by security upon entry.
CAN I BRING A CAMERA TO THE FESTIVAL?
No professional audio/video recording devices are allowed. GoPro’s are also prohibited.
CAN I BRING IN A PRESCRIPTION?
Prescription medication is allowed in the original prescription bottle. Any guests attempting to bring in prescription medication must have photo ID which matches the name printed on the prescription, and the pills in the bottle must match the description printed on the prescription. Over-the-counter medications are allowed, provided that they are new and in the original, factory-sealed container.
I BOUGHT MY TICKET FROM A THIRD PARTY PROVIDER – IS IT VALID?

There is no way to check in advance. You should always purchase tickets directly through our website for your own safety.
CAN I REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY TICKET?
Sorry, there are no refunds however exchanges on tickets will be allowed in certain situations. Please email showpass for exchange questions.
ONCE INSIDE, CAN I LEAVE AND RETURN LATER?
No. There is a No Re-entry policy.
WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT OF THE FESTIVAL?
Churchill Park Music Festival is mainly 19+ with a smaller all ages (alcohol free)section with good viewing near the stage. This section also has access to food and beverage vendors and artist merchandise.
IF I HAVE A DIETARY RESTRICTION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you have a specific dietary question, please email info@churchillparkmusicfestival.com. We currently allow a 1 litre sealed bottle of water and a medium sized, clear Ziploc bag of snacks. The bag needs to be clear so it can be checked by Security upon entry.
CAN I BRING A CHAIR TO THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS?
Chairs will be permitted in the designated areas , starting at approximately 150 feet from stage in the general admission area.. In the premium area, chairs can be closer at approximately 80 feet from stage.
Please note that we have a limited chair section and cannot guarantee that you will be able to use a lawn chair once these areas are full. We suggest to bring chairs no later than 6:30 pm. Chairs can be a small collapsible lawn chair or bag chair with feet larger then 1″ to prevent damage to the site. Please see the attached sample of chairs that we allow and do not allow on site.

MUN Parking Lots 15, 15B and 1A
Located off Elizabeth Avenue on Memorial University Campus.
Approximately 500 spaces.
In aid of the Campus Food Bank – Parking at MUN will be $5 per vehicle, exact cash/change or payment via debit/credit.
Arts & Culture Centre
Located off Allandale Road and Prince Phillip Drive. 250+ spaces available
Petten Building Lot
Located off Allandale Road and Strawberry Marsh Rd. 120 spaces available.
Overflow Parking 
Lower Parking Lot at Confederation Building off Allandale Road. Approximately 400 spaces.
